                             ORDINANCE NO.   10168 
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                   PART II, SECTION 24-501, RELATIVE TO
                   SCHEDULE I. THROUGH STREETS DESIGNATED, AND
                   SECTION 24-502, RELATIVE TO SCHEDULE II.
                   SPEED ON THROUGH STREETS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section
       24-501, Schedule I. Through streets designated, as amended, be 
and
       the same is hereby further amended so as to add the following:
            Manufacturers Road.  From Cherokee Boulevard to U.S.
                 Highway 27.
           
           
       	    	 SECTION 2.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section
       24-502, Schedule II. Speed on through streets, as amended, be and 

       the same is hereby further amended so as to delete the following:
            Manufacturers Road.  30 miles per hour from Cherokee
                 Boulevard to U.S. Highway 27.
           
       and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
            Manufacturers Road.  35 miles per hour from Cherokee
                 Boulevard to U.S. Highway 27.
           
           
       	    	 SECTION 3.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2)
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
